Consultfinder, a recruitment agency based in the United Kingdom, is looking on behalf of one of its clients, an independent Real Estate Agent, base in Essex, United Kingdom, a Sales & Lettings Manager.

About

We are looking for an experienced negotiator/estate agent with experience of both sales and lettings. We are seeking an experienced full-time person who is either a Senior Negotiator looking for a step up in responsibility and challenges or an existing experienced estate agent looking to join a new dynamic & energetic team. You should be a skilled negotiator who has a good understanding of property and the market, is comfortable working at a range of styles and ends of market and has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry. Local knowledge would be highly desirable or the commitment to quickly research a new locality.

Key responsabilities

  • Managing and working with a small team
  • Overseeing both the sales and lettings departments
  • Conducting viewings whilst problem solving and actively selling the property and locality
  • Meeting & greeting customers in and outside our office
  • Responding to incoming enquiries via telephone and email
  • Proactively booking and generating market appraisals
  • Diary management in cooperation with staff
  • Keeping regular contact with both vendors & buyers
  • Promptly following up viewing appointments for feedback
  • Putting together property brochures
  • Managing the daily administration duties with assistance
  • Keeping sales on track

All candidates must have a positive attitude, be confident, and be able to keep calm under pressure, have a desire to work as part of an enthusiastic team as well as working autonomously, have a passion for delivering a high level of customer service and be reliable. Formal training qualification is desirable (e.g. MNAEA & MARLA). You should be IT-literate, smartly presented and have a full driving license & own car.

 

Required skills
